Baked at home, one order at a time

Amoda Bakes is a home kitchen, not a production line. Every order is baked to order — which is why we ask for a day's notice, and why nothing sits on a shelf waiting for a buyer.
Butter, real chocolate, fruit bought that week. No mixes, no preservatives, and no batch so large that it stops being worth doing carefully.
Why we ask for notice
Not to be difficult. There is no back stock to pull from, so 24 hours is the honest minimum — and a decorated or tiered cake usually wants longer.
Small enough to care
One kitchen, a handful of orders a day. If something isn't right, you are talking to the person who made it rather than to a counter.
Ask about eggless
A lot of things can be made without eggs, though not everything, and not always as well. Ask when you order and you will get a straight answer either way.
Collection or delivery
Pickup from our kitchen, or delivery across Bangalore arranged at cost.
The best way to understand any of this is to taste it.
